  • After completing the order, we provide unlimited free revisions for 14 days. We have highly qualified resume writers, you won't need revisions, but if you still want, you can request a free revision.
  • We offer unlimited free revisions until the customer is completely satisfied, but no refunds will be issued once the revised work is delivered to the customer. The deadline for free revisions is 14 days after the work is submitted. Suppose after receiving the revised work, the customer is not satisfied with the work. In that case, the quality assurance department will review the case and credit back the full or partial amount. The credited back amount can be used for future orders with us.
  • If you made two identical orders or two identical payments, you would get a 100% refund. You can also reserve it for your next order.
  • If we do not find a qualified writer to help you with your order, we will notify you instantly (not when the deadline (selected in order) has already passed) and return your money (full amount).

If you don't allow us more time or if we fail to deliver your work within the new deadline, we will refund the 100% amount.

Other than the above-mentioned points, the services/products are non-refundable. In any other case, the funds deposited by the customer shall be added to the client’s account balance on the web site. Account balance on the website is non-refundable. In certain cases, the Company may provide a refund to the client’s bank/PayPal account at its own discretion. In all cases, 2 to 7 days must be provided for a refund request.
